You can team up with up to 5 people — gather your code-crackers, tech enthusiasts, or that one friend who can't resist a challenge. But here's the twist: we've got participant tracks to choose from!
If you're just starting out or new to hacking, we've got a track tailored just for you - the beginner track! However, if you're already packing some serious IT skills or hacking chops, jump into the advanced track.
The tasks? Same for everyone. The prizes? A little extra sweet for those who take the expert route. You get to pick your path, but the organizers might bump you up if they think you're ready for the big leagues.
Mark your calendars for October 31st to November 2nd. The CTF kicks off with two guest lectures...
The competition itself starts at sharp at some time on the 31st, and from then on, it's a rollercoaster of cyber action.
And hey, get ready for this: on November 2nd, we're hosting an in-person showdown at undisclosed location. That's right, folks, some challenges that can only be solved in-person! Come prove your prowess on the ground.
Oh, you better believe we've got a treasure trove of loot waiting for the champions of Mārtiņa-CTF!
But here's the catch — we're keeping that prize list locked down tighter than a zero-day exploit. We can tell you about one prize, though: digital legend status as a participant or winner of Mārtiņa-CTF 2025.
Forget Heartbleed, Shellshock, or Log4Shell — this is the vulnerability in your calendar you don't wanna patch. Get ready to etch your name into hacker history!
More information soon!
As you prepare for the event, you might be wondering about the process for submitting flags. All the possible tasks, their description, and submission forms are displayed on the CTFd platform (we made our own instance, open source projects are AMAZING!). It's also the platform we will be judging you all on >:D
Create your team profile with your team's credentials and GO HACK! Task and Flag submission platform: hyperlink will be announced in Discord server.
We use Discord as our primary communication platform. It's where all participants or at least one from each team are expected to be found.
Join our Discord server to stay updated, interact with other participants, get live event notifications, and, in case of any technical difficulties, contact organizers.
