Hell yeah, I also don't trust random pages with JS. But this page has pretty background and also timer and most importantly sign up button will not work without JS. If you really really don’t trust Mārtiņa CTF organizers and don't want to use any JS then write your application to daniels.heincis@gmail.com. Otherwise just turn on JS and press back.
